Muslim Girls Practise Yoga During The Month of Ramzan 

These girls follow the Islamic faith and show us that the practice yoga is beyond the boundaries of any religion.

Muslim students of Anjuman-E-Islam High School in Ahmedabad are practising yoga during the month of Ramzan . This is in addition to observing International Yoga day which is celebrated on June 21. These girls along with observing Roza are practising yoga to strengthen their lungs and stay healthy.

The Physical Education teacher of this school says that he wakes up at 5 a m everyday, performs Namaz and practises yoga at a temple. He adds that yoga is not sacrilegious to Muslims or Christians and should be taken up by everyone to stay healthy. (Inputs: ANI)
