This man waits on the edge of an active volcano for no clear reason other than to attend to a phone call.

Chris Horsley, 24, from Ormskirk, Lancashire, was seen strolling around on a narrow ledge above an active volcano while appearing to wait for a phone call to be connected on Ambrym Island in the South Pacific Ocean.
Fortunately for Chris, he was well connected – to his safety gear, that is, which kept him out of harm’s way, despite the staggeringly hot conditions inside the volcano’s crater.
