We caught up with birthday girl Malaika Arora and asked her which B’town celebs she’d like to see audition for India’s Got Talent. The actor and VJ turns 50 on 23 October, and can currently be seen continuing her stint as a judge, alongside Karan Johar and Kirron Kher, for season 8 of the reality show.
She also revealed what talent she’d like to display if she were to audition herself. No, it is not dance—Malaika Arora would like to show off her singing chops! She coyly admitted that she wished she could be a great singer, though she believes that she isn’t quite there yet. But she did perform a snippet of Armaan Malik’s song ‘Ghar Se Nikalte Hi’ for us.
The new season of India’s Got Talent will be Arora’s fifth consecutive one with the show. She said she’s really looking forward to this season and hopes to see a lot of varied talent from across the country. She also candidly mentioned that she enjoys the unintentionally funny acts as well, which turn out to be a huge stress-buster during the show. Looks like Arora is just like us!
