More often than not, perpetrators of child sexual abuse are people within the family — something that we seldom realise or address.

Cases of child sexual abuse are on the rise in the national capital. A survey by the National Crime Records Bureau shows that crimes against children in the past two years have doubled.

The police say that most cases happen behind closed doors and blaming the police is not the solution.
