#IAmIndia: What Does the Tricolour Mean to the Kids Selling Them?

What does freedom & the Tricolour mean to the kids who sell flags on the streets of Delhi?

Every Independence Day we see them, knocking on car windows at a traffic signal, pulling your T-Shirt in a crowded market, just so that we can buy what they are selling – the Indian Flag. Many a times, we deliberately ignore them, but as India celebrates another Independence Day, perhaps it’s time to stop and look at these flag bearers. What does freedom & the Tricolour mean to them? Can they proudly say #IAmIndia?
