One of the most-awaited releases of the year Student Of The Year 2 is here! And yes, I watched it. First-day-first-show. If you think I am bragging, well honestly I am not.
For one sole reason – predictability of the plot. Barring the two new faces Tara Sutariya and Ananya Panday, there is nothing new. Even Tiger Shroff’s stunts and heroics seemed to be pulled straight out of Baaghi (1 or 2 you decide?).

Everything about this movie is so loud, be it the opulence showed in the campus, the background score or the principal (Samir Soni), whose only job is either screaming using the microphone or rusticating students.

The story is about this young lad Rohan played by Tiger Shroff, his struggle to woo back his childhood love interest Mridula (Tara Sutaria) and fit into the world of super rich kids.

The first half of the movie is spent in introducing the characters and setting up the stage for the big event Dignity Cup, and the second half... well, are you seriously going to just read everything and not watch the honest review? It’s paisa vasool. So put on your earphones and get ready for the new semester!
