A former journalist from Canada is now the owner of the famous Plan B restaurant in China.

Trevor Metz always wanted to be his own boss and decided to open his own restaurant.

Running a restaurant is very difficult. Especially when it is in a different country where people speak a different language. But despite the great odds, Trevor’s restaurant has become one of the best in China.
