Ex-Servicemen Unhappy with Govt’s Version of One Rank, One Pension

Veterans said they were unhappy with the Government’s proposal of OROP as most of their demands have been rejected.

Reacting to Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar’s announcement of the implementation of the One Rank One Pension, ex-servicemen, who have been protesting at Jantar Mantar for 82 days, said they are unhappy.

Veterans have opposed to excluding ex-servicemen, who had opted for voluntary retirement, from the ambit of OROP.
