Deepa Subash, wife of the co-pilot of missing Indian Coast Guard Dornier aircraft on Tuesday urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to pay `attention` to the search operation.

Her hopes slowly fading after eight days since the Coast Guard Dornier aircraft went missing over the Bay of Bengal, Subhash wrote on the micro-blogging site, tagging the Prime Minister’s official handle.

After Deepa posted the Tweet with hash-tag “#FindSubash”, the post was retweeted by various members of the Twitterati, in support of the young woman who posted a photo of her husband as her profile picture.

According to a report in the Times of India, the coast guard has created a WhatsApp group for the families of missing commandants to update them on search operations.

The officials are giving regular updates in the group, but we are not getting any positive news so far.
