It’s that time of the year again and preparations are in full swing to welcome Lord Ganesha. If you still haven’t started, don’t worry. We have a quick and easy way to help you make your very own Ganpati with old CDs

What we need (Photo: The Quint)

What you need:

*CDs
*Glue
*Marker
*White Paint
*Brush
*Stone Stickers

Recycle your old CDs (Photo: The Quint)

How to do it:

*Cut 3 cds in halves to make ears, crown and trunk
*Place one half of the CD for the crown
*Put glue on both sides
*Place two halves for the ears
*Glue and place the other half of the crown
* Place an entire cd for the face
*Cut a small triangle from one side of the half CD for the trunk
*Glue and place the trunk
*Use the triangle and place on the top as the crown head
*Make 3 lines with white paint for the tilak
*Make eyes with black marker
*Decorate it with stone stickers
