Mohit Ahlawat has made headlines around the world after scoring a 300 off just 72 balls during a club-level T20 match. The 21-year-old Delhi cricketer, however, said that he didn’t go into the match thinking that we would achieve any feat.
While many applauded his historical knock, others questioned whether the small size of the field helped his cause. The cricketer agreed that the ground was an advantage but went on to say that most of the sixes he hit were straight down the ground and on the leg-side.
The wicketkeeper-batsman said that he idolises Mahendra Singh Dhoni and will next work towards earning a spot in the Delhi Ranji team.
