Uttarakhand is set to go to polls on 11 April, but what are the issues on which they will cast the vote? The Quint spoke to people of Dehradun to find out that unemployment and uncertainty over national security are major issues.

“Where are the two crore jobs that Modi ji had promised us?” asked Kamran, an MBA student.
