This could be akin to the plight of another famous war victim who was forced to live a life of fear and obscurity – Anne Frank – who wrote a heart-wrenching war-time diary. Only this time, it is a a seven-year-old Syrian child called Bana Alabed who shares her daily struggles living in the war-hit Aleppo via twitter.

Bana takes help from her mother to archive her days in Aleppo on twitter.

She requests the government to put an end to the war and help her live to fulfil her dreams.
