Kishan Singh, a daily-wage labourer, says they are "working for Rs 70 per day." Speaking to The Quint, the daily-wage labourers said that they don't get work and are oblivious to government schemes. They said they have no benefits from MNREGA. Gautam Kumar, a daily-wage labourer said, "I have come from Chapra to Patna in search of labour.”
