Four young dalit men were thrashed in front of a crowd in Una, Gujarat by self-styled cow vigilantes in an attack which does not seem uncommon anymore.

For being a forward thinking and progressing nation, some mindsets have not moved past the twentieth century and dalits are still subjected to heinous discrimination and violence.
