Baby Moshe, whose parents were killed in the 26/11 terror attacks in Mumbai in 2008, has wished India a happy Hanukkah.

Nine-year-old Moshe, who has lived in Israel with his grandfather since 2008, is seen celebrating the Jewish festival that commemorates the rededication of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem at the time of the Maccabean Revolt against the Seleucid Empire.
