Eyebrows Raised After Trump’s Children Meet Silicon Valley Giants
Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey was not invited to the meeting.
Donald Trump and his children Eric, Donald Jr and Ivanka met top tech executives on Wednesday.
The meeting was attended Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, Alphabet CEO Larry Page, Apple CEO Tim Cook and SpaceX, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and Tesla CEO Elon Musk, among others.
The presence of his eldest children at the meeting has sparked questions about what role the Trump family will play in the president-elect’s administration and potential conflicts of interest.
After the meeting, Bezos told reporters that the interaction had been “very productive”. Notable, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey was not invited to the meet at Trump Tower.
