Videocon Mobile Phones launched it’s new smartphone the Z51 Nova at Rs 5,400 in India. The Z51 Nova comes with a 1.2 GHz Quad-Core processor and runs on the Android Kitkat operating system.

The phone’s 1GB RAM allows consumers to run different apps smoothly and help in multi-tasking. The Z51 Nova features a 5-inch FWVGA IPS touch screen and for camera lovers it comes packed with a 5 megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front camera for clicking selfies.

The handset offers dual SIM support along with 3G connectivity, and also packs in a 2000 mAh battery.

With so many smartphones under Rs 10,000 these days, what the Z51 Nova offers is not impressive, considering that for Rs 600 more, you can get great smartphones like the Lenovo A 6000 and Motorola Moto E which run on the latest Android Lollipop operating system by Google.
