It was supposed to be a year that promised a lot on the wearable tech front but failed to deliver on its expected promise. But, as 2015 comes to a close, we at The Quint, get you the list of top 5 smartwatches and health bands from the Indian market.

1. Apple Watch

2. Motorola Moto 360 (2015)

Motorola’s Moto 360 smartwatch has made its way to India in five variants. In comparison to the first generation Moto 360, this year’s version has been crafted with design and style in mind, lacking in the 2014 version. It even works with an iPhone. Its safe to say that Motorola’s latest Moto 360 has the right mix to appeal to buyers looking for a classy-yet-smart wearable.

3. Xiaomi Mi Band

At the global launch of the Mi 4i, Xiaomi also introduced the Mi Band in India this year. Mi Band is as cheap as it can get for a wearable. It notifies you about calls, message, tracks your steps and monitors your sleep patterns as well.

4. Fitbit Surge
