Surat Diamond Polisher Injured After His Mobile Phone Exploded

Bhavesh Thummer, a 30-year-old diamond polisher from Surat sustained severe injuries to his chest, left eye and ear, after his mobile phone exploded in his pocket. The incident was reported by The Indian Express.

Thummer was at a friend’s place when the incident happened, and was immediately rushed to a hospital where he was treated and later declared to be out of danger. The police has begun a probe into the issue.
