Samsung’s answer to Apple’s launch of the new 10.5-inch iPad Pro is the Galaxy Tab S3. This 9.7-inch Android tablet has been priced at Rs 47,990, and comes with an S Pen, free of cost.

The device will be available in black and silver colours across retail stores, starting 20 June.

Galaxy Tab S3 comes with a 9.7-inch Super-AMOLED display, and is built on a 6mm thin metal frame. The device is powered by Snapdragon 820 processor, paired with 4GB RAM, and has 32GB internal memory that is expandable up to 256GB. The device runs Android 7.0 Nougat.

The device is powered by the Vulkan API and GPU for superior graphics and Game Launcher with a ‘Do Not Disturb' mode for uninterrupted gameplay.

The tablet houses a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with flash, and a 5-megapixel front camera, and supports Pogo keyboards that require no separate charging or pairing.

Samsung Flow feature uses biometric authentication to login, and can wirelessly tether compatible devices to transfer documents from a mobile device to a tablet. This clearly tells that Samsung wants to make the tablet enterprise-ready, in addition to equipping it with multimedia features.

You get Quad speakers tuned by AKG (which was bought by Samsung recently), offer fast-charging capability, and loaded with 6,000mAh battery which Samsung claims can support up to 12 hours of video playback.
