Samsung has extended its 4G portfolio to 14 models in India as it launched the Galaxy Grand Prime 4G for a price tag of Rs 11,100 in India.

The mid-range Android smartphone comes with a wide-angle 5MP front camera for selfies and  a 5’’ qHD screen.

The Galaxy Grand Prime 4G is a dual SIM smartphone and is equipped with LTE capability, supporting both TDD and FDD bands for India.

The Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime 4G is 8.6 mm slim, and sports a 5-inch qHD (960 x 540) TFT display. The Galaxy Grand Prime is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core processor, 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memory expandable upto 64GB through microSD card.

The device has the latest Android Lollipop 5.1 and Samsung’s proprietary Touch Wiz user interface.

The Galaxy Grand Prime 4G packs in a 2,600 mAH battery that the company claims delivers a talk time of 14 hours. There is also an 8 megapixel primary camera on the phone.

The new Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime 4G will be available in White, Grey and Gold colours.
