PUBG Mobile has announced a new update – 0.10.5 – via a tweet from its official Twitter handle. The new update is said to bring "better tweaks to loot distribution in Vikendi," according to the tweet.

The update was, however, leaked recently and is speculated to bring a Zombie mode to the game as part of a partnership with Capcom's Resident Evil 2. This time around however, the Zombie mode will be different from what we have seen in the past.

The update is rumoured to replace the Scar-L assault rifle with a new MK47 Mutant rifle. That, along with a new death cam mode, allowing users to play the game in first-person. The new map, Vikendi, will also get more stable with this new update, according to reports.

The “even distribution of weapons across the Vikendi map” will also take care of the problem of people complaining that SMGs are easier to find in Vikendi as compared to assault rifles.
