Apple also announced the new iPhone upgrade programme in the US which will move to other countries shortly. Tim wrapped the announcements by thanking all the developers of the Apple team.

And for the revised prices of the iPhone line-up.

The new iPhones will roll out on September 25th in the following countries. Of course, India is not there.

Here are the features of the new iPhones.


The latest iPhones also features 4K videos. Another new feature is Live Photo which is gif like. It can be clicked like any other photo. And it comes with sound also. These are still images. The technology extends the capture movements before and after the user clicks the button to make the photo alive.

Facebook will adopt this feature on iOS devices.

The iPhone 6S has 12 MP iSight camera. It’s got 50% more pixels. There’s also a 5 MP FaceTime HD camera.

The new iPhone has 3D touch which lets photos, emails, Messages, and other stuff pop up in the display, with a bokeh effect in the background. There are mini-tap and full-tap that lasts about 10-15 milliseconds.

The new ‘Peek’ features preview into most of the apps in the iPhone 6S. The new A9 chip in iPhone 6S is 80% faster than A8.

Fashion start-up Gilt now features on Apple TV.

Apple TV has Crossy Road game with multi-player mode.

Apple TV also features another music game from Harmonic. “Beat Sports combines the joy of hitting balls with the joy of hitting notes.”

Siri takes charge of the new Apple TV with voice search for navigations. The new remote has no power button but sports a glass touch pad.

The demo shows HD video screen-savers that changes according to the time of the day.

The demo person says, “Show me that Modern Family episode with Edward Norton” and Siri drops you into the Modern Family page with the right episode.

Now it’s TV time. Cook announces the new Apple TV.

The new iPad Pro along with the keyboard and Apple pencil will be available in the market from November. It comes in three models-Space Gray, gold, silver and cost starting from $799 to $1,079.

Here’s the line up of all iPads with revised prices and specs.

iPad mini 4 is powered with the innards of iPad Air 2.

Another new app called 3D4Medical is announced. The app shows 3D models of human body animated in real time.

Kirk Konigsbauer from the Microsoft Office team on stage. He talks about iPad Pro’s compatibility with Office. Now another rival, Adobe, takes on the stage. Both praises the new iPad’s multitasking abilities. The new Adobe app, exclusivily available for the new iPad, called the Fix, will be a favourite for the artists folks out there.

The next cool accessory for the iPad pro is the Apple Pencil. Yes, there was laughter at in the auditorium after the name was announced.

iPad Pro comes with a smart keyboard called The iPad Surface Pro. They Keyboard is is a woven fabric. New connector on the sides of the iPad Pro carries power and data to the keyboard.

The iPad Pro has desktop class performance with new A9X processor and faster graphics. The CPU test shows 80% faster than portable PCs and graphics is 90% faster than PCs.

So iPad Pro boasts of 10-hour battery life and four speakers.

It’s 6.9 inches thin.

And Tim Cook is thrilled to showcase the most powerful iPad ever built.

“Biggest screen on an iOS device, more power and performance than any iOS device.”

The screen size is 12.9 inches. There more pixels than a 15 inch macbook pro display.

Apple has been working with Hermes on new Watch models and the double-loop leather model looks stunning.

The line up also has a Product Red Stainless model for the same price.

Dr. Cameron Powell from AirStrip comes in and cals the Apple Watch a “game-changer for health care.”

Tim Cook appears and says:

We are really firing on all cylinders, and we are about to make some monster announcements across several of our product lines.

He starts to talk about Apple watch.

To many people... the Apple Watch has been life-changing.

He calls in Jeff Williams to talk in detail about Apple watch.

The venue is packed with attendees and media persons are being seated. The inside of the auditorium looks somewhat like a planetarium. The guests are welcomed with music from Beats one Radio.

The new venue is reportedly huge and can seat up to 7,000 people. The large venue has prompted for some surprise in store. About an hour more to go!
