There have been rumours doing the rounds that Apple’s next iPad will come with a huge 12.9 inch screen.
There had been no evidence for this until recently when Apple released the new iOS 9 at their annual developers conference WWDC 2015.
The code for iOS 9 includes some clues that suggest that the next iPad will have a bigger display than the existing one.
A Taiwanese iOS developer even further, suggests that the new iPad could have a 2,732 x 2,048 screen resolution.
This is logical because if you do the math, the existing iPad Air 2 measures at 9.7 inches with 2048 x 1536 resolution that gives you about 264 pixels per inch of pixel density.
This is a retina display and if the next-Gen iPad is to retain a similar pixel density then with a screen resolution of 2,732 x 2,04 as suggested by the Taiwanese developer the display will measure at 12.9-inches.
Other speculations about the next iPad are inclusion of stereo speakers and addition of support for multiple users.
Apple is expected to reveal the iPad pro by September this year.
