Intel Launches New Computing Device In India Called Compute Stick

Intel introduced the Intel Compute Stick in India that is powered by an Intel Atom Quad-Core processor.

The Compute Stick is an ultra-slim device that is capable of transforming any HDMI display or monitor into a fully functional computer. It delivers a mini-PC experience for Rs 9,999.

There are two versions built on the Intel Atom Quad-Core Processor that provides users with a choice of two operating systems.

One is a Windows 8.1, pre-installed with Bing. This Intel Compute Stick includes 32GB storage and 2GB memory.

The other has Linux, pre-installed with Ubuntu 14.04. This offering of the Intel Compute Stick includes 8GB storage and 1GB memory.

Both devices come with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 for connectivity, a USB 2.0 port to connect peripherals and a micro SD card slot for additional storage. spreadsheets or presentations.

The Intel Compute Stick is currently available on Flipkart. Homegrown tech company iBall also recently announced the launch of iBall Splendo PC-On-Stick, powered by the Intel Atom Quad-Core Processor which runs Windows 8.1 and has 2GB RAM with 32GB in-built memory.
