In a new return policy, Flipkart, which earlier allowed customers to return a product within 30 days of purchase, will now give consumers a 10-day window, reported The Economic Times.
The e-retailer has also hiked the commission that sellers have to pay to the site, a policy that will come into effect from 20 June.
The revised policy is applicable on categories like mobile phones, electronics and books. However, for products like footwear, eyewear, jewellery and clothing, the 30-day window still applies.
