Apple Watch gets updated to Apple Watch Series 2 which will be available in India, prices starting from Rs 32,900. The second iteration of the Watch will be lining up alongside the iPhone 7 and the 7 Plus at stores from 7 October onwards.
The most costliest version of the Watch, Ceramic Edition will cost you a staggering Rs 1,10,900 in the country.
The Apple Watch Series 2 offers can now be used under water, and even withstand water spills. You also get built-in GPS with the smartwatch that comes with the bonus support for popular mobile game, Pokemon Go.
Watch Series 2 is powered by the new watchOS 3 and the new S2 dual core processor which promises to be 50 percent faster than its predecessor.
Apple claims that the Series 2 Watch offers display with higher brightness than the Apple Watch. Series 2 will be available in two different case sizes of 38mm and 42mm.
In addition to the Series 2, Apple has ousted a special edition Apple Watch Nike+ which which also starts at Rs 32,900. With the launch of Apple Watch Series 2, the price of Apple Watch has been revised to start from Rs 23,900.
