Apple MacBook Air, MacBook Pro and iMac Prices Hiked in India

The price hike Apple has introduced for the Mac computers goes up to Rs. 61,800 for the lineup.

Apple has raised the prices of its Mac computers in India. The revision of prices comes at a time when the company also introduced its new MacBook Air, iPad Pro and Mac Mini.

The tech giant has raised the prices of its MacBook 12-inch (256GB and 512GB), the 13-inch Macbook Air (128GB). The MacBook Pro, MacBook Pro with the touch bar and the iMac and Mac Pro will also be available for a higher price.

The price increase in the MacBook Air seems unusual given the new laptop’s unveiling on 30 October. However, it could be to encourage more people to buy the new MacBook Air.

Here is the new price list:

MacBook 12-inch

• 512GB - Rs 1,49,900

13-inch MacBook Air

• 128GB - Rs 84,900
• 128GB Retina (2018) – Rs 1,14,900

MacBook Pro

• 13-inch, Core i5, 256GB - Rs 1,39,900
