Amazon Launches a New White Kindle in India at Rs 5,999
Amazon introduces the new White Kindle in India.
Amazon has introduced a White Kindle at a price point of Rs 5,999. It is available on Amazon and over 680 other retail outlets in India. It’s the cheapest Kindle available in the country and works only on WiFi.
The Kindle is a small, light, and portable e-reader. The White Kindle comes with a glare-free touchscreen that Amazon claims reads like a printed page. Like other Kindles, it boasts a week-long battery life. Other features include adjustable text size, Goodreads, X-Ray, Whispersync, and easy access to a vast selection of books.
Kindle e-readers come with instant access to the Kindle Store, which includes over three million books including the latest bestsellers, Kindle Singles, and more.
There are also over one million books that are exclusive to the Kindle Store out of which over 5,00,000 titles are priced under Rs 99 and 1.5 million titles are available for under Rs 299.
