Just two days after the high-profile exit of its India head Rishi Jaitly, another senior employee of Twitter announced his decision to leave on Thursday.

Parminder Singh, Managing Director at Twitter India, Southeast Asia (INSEA) and Middle East and North Africa (MENA) announced his decision to leave the company via a series of tweets.

Ending his three-year tenure with the company, Singh announced that he would be working for a smooth transition of leadership over the next month.

Moreover, he indicated that the MENA and INSEA regions will now be merged with the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and APAC (Asia-Pacific) regions respectively.

The microblogging website has been facing significant setbacks lately, with the discontinuation of its Vine video platform and announcement of layoffs among other developments.
