Online shopaholics rejoice! More sales are underway. E-tail giants like Amazon and Flipkart are back with a second round of their ‘dhamaka’ sales. This time around there are some heavy discounts on smartphones and other gizmos during this limited period offer.
Here’s are some of the deals that look tempting.
Discount on Mi.com
The biggest deal perhaps is that of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, which is available at Mi.com for just Rs 1! Yes, one rupee. The smartphone will be available via a flash sale at exactly 4pm today. Only 10 units of the Redmi Note 5 Pro, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage model are part of this deal. So fastest internet connection first!
In this flash sale, the Chinese company will also offer the Mi compact Bluetooth speaker at Rs 1 as well. Only 30 units of these speaker are available.
The deal gets sweeter as the website will also hold a flash sale later in the day on the recently launched Poco F1, which will be available bundled with the Mi security camera at just Rs 2,699! The sale will begin today at 7 pm IST.
The actual MRP of this bundle is Rs 23,698. Twenty of these sets are available.
The Poco F1 is a powerful smartphone that comes with a Snapdragon 845 processor and 6 to 8GB RAM and a 4,000 mAh battery.

Amazon’s Great Indian Festival Sale is also up and running with the top deal on the Realme 1, which will be available on the platform for as low as Rs 1,349!
Hang on! The deal is only available for existing Realme customers if they exchange their old 4GB and 64GB storage variant Realme phones for the new Realme 1.
If you’re not lucky enough to get it at Rs 1,349, the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage variant of the Realme 1 will also be available at Rs 9,990 while the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage variant will be available at just Rs 11,990. The actual price of the Realme 1 is Rs 14,999.
Shifting focus to gamers, PS4 games such as FIFA 19 and the new Spiderman are available at discounted prices.
Also, Spiderman, which has been a rage among gamers, is available for as low as Rs 2,599.
The discount sales season on Amazon, which kicked off on 24 October, will end on 28 October.
Discount on Flipkart
Flipkart too is a part of this festive sales bandwagon and is offering some good deals on smartphones. The Samsung On Nxt, which costs Rs 17,990, is available at just Rs 7,990 on Flipkart.
The Vivo V9 is also available at a heavy discount of Rs 15,000 on exchange. It actually costs Rs 23,990, but will be available at just Rs 15,990.
These discounts are available only for a limited period of time. Given the limited stocks on offer, it will be tough to successfully complete a transaction - unless, of course, you have a super-fast internet connection and sharp finger reflexes! And a ton of luck.
