Ducati has launched the cafe racer version of its Scrambler in India, priced at Rs 9.32 lakh ex-showroom. The Ducati Scrambler Cafe Racer can be customised with a range of accessories. It competes with the Triumph Truxton in terms of price positioning.

The Ducati Scrambler Cafe Racer is powered by an 803 cc twin-cylinder engine that is air-cooled primarily, but also features an oil cooler. The ‘Desmodue’ engine, as Ducati calls it, puts out 73 bhp of power at 8,250 rpm and 67 Nm of torque at 5,750 rpm, which is the same as the other Cafe Racer models. It’s mated to a six-speed transmission.

The black-anodised clip-on bars with mirrors look quite mean on the Cafe Racer.

The Scrambler Cafe Racer comes with a sporty riding position and clip-on handlebars. It has a cowl over the passenger seat as well. It comes with anodised dual exhaust pipes.

The rear of the Scrambler cafe racer wears a chopped short look.

The bike has 17-inch aluminium wheels with Pirelli Diablo tyres. It has Brembo brakes with ABS. The Scrambler Cafe Racer comes in black-coffee colour with gold-coloured wheels.
