Sachin Tendulkar’s Subtle Reply at ICC’s Attempt to Troll Him

Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar was back to playing his favourite sport at the DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai, along with his childhood friend and former Indian teammate Vinod Kambli.

Known for his prowess with the bat, Sachin though shared a video of him bowling in the nets and said it brought back old memories for the two former Mumbai cricketer.

“Felt great to be back in the nets with Kambli during the lunch break! It sure took us back to our childhood days at Shivaji Park… Very few people know that Vinod & I have always been in the same team and never played against each other,” Sachin wrote.

Meanwhile the International Cricket Council (ICC) took the opportunity to troll the legendary cricketer as the video posted by him suggested that his front foot was over the line while he was bowling.

“Watch your front foot” Tweeted ICC.

Sachin was quick with his response. “At least this time I am bowling and not batting .. umpire’s decision is always the final decision,” Tendulkar replied.

Earlier this month, Mumbai Indians of which Tendulkar is the Icon won their fourth IPL title as they defeated Chennai Super Kings by 1 run. After the game, the litte master hailed Jasprit Bumrah as the best bowler at this stage.

"Let me go on record and say that he (Jasprit Bumrah) is the best bowler in the world at this stage and the best is yet to come hopefully," Tendulkar said.
