Twitter Celebrates Russell’s Power-Hitting Against Delhi Capitals

With KKR struggling at 61/5 after 9.5 overs in Delhi on Saturday, 30 March, Andre Russell came to his team’s rescue for the third time this IPL season. The Jamaican lighted up Kotla with his belligerent strokeplay as he scored 62 off 28 balls.

With the top-order failing, he got support from his skipper Dinesh Karthik who also scored his maiden fifty of the season. With Karthik, Russell added 95 runs before he was dismissed for 62.
