It takes 2 tweets, 30 minutes and a Sachin Tendulkar to get British Airways trending on Twitter and also in very, very deep trouble.

Over 6,000 tweets using the #BritishAirways have made their way into the world of 140 characters within just half an hour of Sachin’s post, after the airline messed up his family member’s reservations.

His fans and the forever-ready airline trolls were quick with their replies...

Though the airline did reply 14 minutes later...

They might as well have not...

PR nightmare, anyone?
