Cricketer Mohammad Shami Denies Wife’s Claims of Cheating, Abuse

Mohammed Shami's wife has accused the Indian pacer of having extra-marital affairs, alleging that he has cheated on her with several other women. Taking to Facebook, Hasin Jahan, Shami's wife, posted screenshots and photos of the cricketer with other women. Jahan also alleged domestic abuse at the hands of Shami and his family.

Meanwhile, Shami rubbished these reports, taking to Twitter to clarify his position.

Speaking to ABP Live, Jahan said:

Whatever I have posted is just the tip of the iceberg. Shami’s acts are far more heinous. He has relationships with multiple women.

She reportedly accessed the photos and chats by hacking into Shami’s phone, which was allegedly gifted to him by the Delhi Daredevils team in 2014. A DNA report states that Jahan tried a slew of different patterns till she found the correct fit to unlock the phone.

Jahan has also alleged that she has been subjected to 'mental and physical torture' by Shami and his family.

According to the DNA report, the cricketer and his family would allegedly abuse Jahan till '2-3 in the morning.’

Jahan also alleged that the bowler beat her up after returning from the South Africa tour.

I tried to convince myself for the sake of my family and daughter but he kept on harassing me, and when I found those obscene chats with multiple women, all hell broke lose. I cannot tolerate this anymore and I have decided to take legal action with all the available evidence.

Shami has earlier defended his wife from trolls on social media several times, who had targeted Jahan for not wearing a hijab.

In fact, the cricketer took to social media at several occasions to post photos of his wife and daughter.
