Ahead of the auction of the tenth Indian Premier League, Gujarat Lions owner Keshav Bansal told The Quint how his team was preparing for the cricket summer fest.

Key player Dawyne Bravo’s hamstring injury has been a big setback for the team, said Bansal. Going through rehab in Miami at the moment, he added that they still have no idea if the West Indies batsman would be able to play all the matches this season.

While he stayed tight-lipped about which players Gujarat would be vying for, Bansal said that English all-rounder Ben Stokes was going to be on the radar of many franchises, and that his team was looking to add more bowlers this year.
