English football club Chelsea’s midfielder Cesc Fabregas says it would be very difficult for him to play for his former club FC Barcelona again.
Asked how difficult it would be for him to make a return to the Catalan side, the Spanish international said, “Difficult, very difficult.”
He played for the Spanish and European champions for three years from 2011 to 2014.
He said he “misses” Barcelona but joked that the same feeling might not be reciprocated by the Catalan giants.
The Spanish heavyweights have won five trophies out of six since Fabregas moved to Chelsea.
The 28-year-old also believes Leicester City will hold off the challenges of Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal to win the English Premier League in the ongoing season. Leicester are five points above nearest rivals Tottenham in the league table.
