Watch: Virat, Mithali Raj, Ashwin Bag Top Honours at BCCI Awards

Indian captain Virat Kohli and spinner Ravichandran Ashwin were honoured for their phenomenal run of form through the season in the BCCI Awards Night 2017 in Bengaluru on Wednesday.

Virat won the Polly Umrigar Award for the BCCI ‘International Cricketer of the Year’, for a third time and Ashwin received the Dilip Sardesai Award for the second time in his career.

The captain of the Indian women’s cricket team, Mithali Raj has been named the best female cricketer for a record third time.
