India have won the final ODI of the three match series against Australia by 7 wickets. With the series level at 1-1, India took on Australia in the final ODI at the Melbourne Cricket Ground today. MS Dhoni’s unbeaten 87 runs ensured Team India’s victory in the final ODI and win the series 2-1.

Earlier, Indian bowlers out-performed Australian batsmen restricting them to 230 runs with 8 balls to spare in first innings. India lost early wickets in the form of Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan. Kohli walked in at number three and scored 46 of 62 balls being before dismissed by Richardson.
