Viru Paji’s timeline is constantly buzzing with tweets on topics ranging from politics and entertainment to sports, and beyond. His unique take on issues peppered with just the right amount of humour and wit has made him a Twitter darling in no time. Sehwag stumped everyone by tweeting that global warming maybe an issue in the US, but India has a lot of other pressing issues which people should focus on.
And this one tweet was enough for Twitter users to unleash all their fury on their hitherto favourite. Now that’s the peril of being a public figure on the internet. You get love and hate in equal measure and there’s nothing much you can do about it.

With Environment Day round the corner, the cricketer believes in raising awareness and doing his bit for society. To this end, he has joined hands with Ola to promote ride sharing through Ola Share. The campaign is aimed at generating awareness towards growing traffic congestion and vehicular pollution in a country that has half of the top 20 most polluted cities in the world.
