Andhra Pradesh team is currently playing against Vidarbha in a Ranji Trophy game, but the match has already seen a highlight come out of it.

A snake was slithering through the ground as players just stood around looking at the creature. The game then had to be delayed until ground staff could get the reptile out of the playing field.

Defending champions Vidarbha won the toss and captain Faiz Fazal elected to field.

This isn’t the first time that a game of cricket has been interrupted by an animal entering the field. In a 2010 ODI between India and New Zealand, a stray dog disrupted the play.
