In yet another spectacular show, the Indian women's kabaddi team thrashed Indonesia 54-22 to register their fourth straight win in the preliminary rounds of the 2018 Asian Games in Indonesia.

By winning their last group tie on Tuesday, 21 August, defending champions India have remained unbeaten in the tournament so far. On top of Group A with 8 points, India have entered the semi-finals of the quadrennial event.

Earlier in the day, the Indian women had outclassed Sri Lanka 38-12.

In their opening encounter, the Indian women’s kabaddi team had thrashed Japan 43-12 in a lop-sided encounter. And in their second game, India beat Thailand 33-23.
