Four members of a family, including two minors, were found dead on Monday morning in Maharashtra's Ahmednagar district, police said.

Babaji Badhe (41), his wife Kavita (35), their sons Aditya (15) and Dhananjay (13) were found hanging from an iron rod in their home in Gunore village in Parner tehsil, sub-divisional police officer (SDPO) Ajit Patil said.

"Neighbours alerted the police. We believe Babaji, a farmer, killed his wife and sons and then committed suicide. Further probe is underway," Patil said.
