Is the CBSE tampering with 12th standard board exam marks to give thousands of students the same marks, despite the HRD promising that this would not happen?

Well, it looks like it’s happening again. A careful analysis of the marks that 29,421 students got shows that an UNUSUAL number of students have scored EXACTLY 95 marks in 12th standard maths.

How large is this number? 3999 students, or just over 13% of the students who were sampled, scored EXACTLY 95. And that’s just in 12th board Maths.
