The flood situation in states across India has aggravated as rains continue to batter the country, with landslides and floods claiming more than 100 lives this monsoon.

Authorities are scrambling to evacuate people from low-lying areas.

Railways have cancelled several services, and flight operations, too, have been affected at some places.

National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) teams have been deployed in affected areas to help in the rescue and relief operations.
