Amid all the debates over firecrackers and pollution this Diwali, India celebrated the festival of lights with as much fervour as every year. While the Ayodhya Deepotsav on Tuesday made its way into the Guinness Book of World Records after lighting 301,152 diyas on the banks of River Sarayu, INS Arihant – lead ship of India's Arihant class of nuclear-power weapons – returned from it's first deterrence patrol on Dhanteras on Monday, thereby completing the establishment of India's nuclear triad.
