What do Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump and a man named Weiner have in common?

Huma Abedin.

She’s separating from her husband Anthony Weiner after his third sexting scandal. He’s admitted to sending explicit photos of himself to several women and some of these were leaked in 2011, 2013 and now 2016.

She’s Vice Chairwoman of Clinton’s campaign and her closest aide.

Trump thinks she’s a national security threat.

A practicing Muslim, she’s lived in Saudi Arabia. Her father was Indian. Her mother is Pakistani. She became a White House intern in 1996 and was assigned to then-First Lady Clinton’s Chief of Staff. She wanted to be a journalist like her role model Christiane Amanpour. She’s worked with Clinton in the Senate and for her Senate campaign. She was Clinton’s travelling Chief of Staff during her 2008 presidential bid.

Clinton has called her a ‘second daughter’ and former president Bill Clinton officiated her wedding to Anthony Weiner.

Donald Trump claims that Abedin knows classified matters through Hillary Clinton and has told Weiner and fears he will leak these to the world.

She’s been thrust into the spotlight after working behind the scenes for decades.
