South Korea’s Defence Ministry raised concerns over North Korea’s next nuclear test. It said that North Korea is ready for the test and could conduct it any time through an unused tunnel as its test side.

This comes after North Korea’s fifth nuclear test was conducted on Friday. The test drew major flak worldwide.

Sung Kim, a US special envoy is slated to travel to Seoul on Monday. He met Japanese officials on Sunday and conveyed US President Barack Obama’s comment on launching unilateral sanctions against North Korea.

North Korea, audaciously, had dismissed the need for more ‘sanctions’ as laughable on Sunday.
